As you have seen everywhere so far this spring, PRINTS have dominated the world of fashion for 2018 and we are here to give you a look into the latest print trends and how to style them for summer!
Trend #1: Floral Print
Flower power continues to reign supreme for spring and this year’s trends will have you doing a triple take. From soft and romantic pastel hued blooms to bold and colorful 60’s inspired botanicals to intricately detailed micro florals, spring/summer 2018 bundled all the trends in one mixed bouquet of fashionably fresh florals.

Full Bloom Florals
Marveling magnolias, chic chrysanthemums, darling daisies, and ravishing roses are just a few of the blossoms you’ll be seeing in the fashion world this season. Large-scale florals in full bloom are fresh and beautiful. Leaves and vines add to the floral motif with allover design taken straight from the garden. This year's florals give off a vintage vibe, especially the softer florals in muted tones and dusty hues. You will even see floral designs in darker shades for a mysteriously romantic feel that adds depth to your outfit.
DO: Try a water bleed floral print like the ones above. On sheer fabric, these saturated florals are glamorous and ultra-feminine. A kimono or wispy maxi skirt are only a few of the many items you can wear to get this look.
DON'T: Stop there! Soft and dark florals aren't the only designs you need in your closet! Full blooms in bright summer colors or pretty pastel shades are popular too. You essentially can't go wrong with any and every floral print out there! Have fun and go wild!
Retro Florals
Retro floral print inspired by the 60’s is bold and vivacious with eye-popping colors and illustrative design. A nice contrast to the soft floral trend, these graphic buds are bright and imaginative and will give you flashbacks to your mom's tablecloths and picnic blankets from back in the day. These floral designs range from artistically outlined to modernly bold and a totally fun print to wear this summer!

DO: Go for an all-over floral print. Whether there are a few small clusters throughout or every inch of fabric bursting with blooms, the more widespread coverage the better.
DON'T: Think rainbow chic. Go for a balanced color scheme of brights, neutrals or dusty shades from the 2018 spring/summer pantone color palette to get the most from this year's floral trends.
Micro Florals

Sweet, petite and oh so chic, micro florals have a vintage look this season and we can't get enough of these cute tiny buds! This dainty and delicate design is ultra-feminine and especially seen on mini, midi and maxi dresses. Combine with flirty wraps, ruffles and side slits for an overall girl power proud ensemble!
DO: Go for a bohemian look by adding layers with a lace bralette and breezy kimono. Add an edgy vibe with a distressed denim jacket, fringe bag and oversize sunnies for stylish contrast.
DON'T: Mix these floral combos. With allover designs, each floral motif will make a fashion statement on its own.
Trend #2: Tropical Print

The lush island vibes are back again this year and more popular than ever, as tropical prints are a top trend for spring/summer 2018! From palm branches to fig leaves and hibiscus flowers to banana leaves, print variations are aplenty this season that you’ll be seeing on dresses, jumpsuits, tie-front tops, rompers and more! Exotic and bold, these prints feature bright and vibrant hues in all-over foliage design to keep you caught up in your own tropical paradise.
DO: Try a bright color combo. This print is meant to pack a punch and stand out from the crowd, so go all out in a cute two-piece set, maxi dress or flirty blouse. Just be sure to keep separates and accessories neutral for an overall chic look that’s not too fussy.
DON'T: Play it safe with this bold print. Bright reds and luscious greens are the minimum tropical outfit colors you need in your closet. Pink and orange will pack a punch too!

Whether you're going on a Hawaiian beach vacation or donning your tropical wear while shopping in your home town, your exotic island getaway doesn't stray far. Stock your closet full of trendy palms and happy hibiscus flowers and pull out those outfits when you are ready for a good time!
DO: Add subdued color relief with a few pastel print pieces. So beautiful and chic, the tropical vibes don't take a back seat here. You can still rock this fashion in pretty pastels. From an off shoulder jumpsuit to a flirty wrap dress, combine other trendy styles for a complete fashion-savvy ensemble!
DON'T: Sport the tropics just on vacation. Wear your palm prints everyday if you want! An everyday print trend that's meant to have a good time in- that's what this tropical motif is all about!
Trend #3: Stripes
From Left to Right: Mali Nautical Stripe Culotte Jumpsuit, Sunny Story Stripe Cross Back Romper, Lighten the Mood Stripe Off Shoulder Dress, Shades On Short Sleeve Stripe Top
From two-piece sets to mini dresses, stripes are everywhere this spring/summer and we’re digging it! Vertical, horizontal, diagonal or all three, you essentially can’t go wrong with your stripe design this season! Classic vertical pinstripes are always a flattering choice, as they visually lengthen and slims the body. Stripes in varying widths add dimension and interest in contrast to the usual symmetric design. You will find many navy and white stripe color combo's this season because well it is summer, but also in relation to the nautical trend also popular this season. Whatever your favorite, you MUST have stripes in your closet this summer!
DO: Give yourself a selection of stripe options. Specific stripe style trends come and go, but stripes in general are always in style! So add stripes to your closet in at least one of every clothing style. A dress, top, bottom and romper/jumpsuit. For the fashionistas, try a two-piece set or a layering piece like blazer or kimono to complete your wardrobe!
DON'T: Be afraid to go all out. Striped pieces featuring other trends, such as ruffle detail or wrap/knot/tie styles, are what you want to go for here. Usually too many trends in one outfit doesn't work, but as long as the same striped print is used throughout the trendier the better!
From Left to Right Clockwise: Cruzin' in Stripes Ruffle Romper, Cross the Line Ruffle Tank Top, Sweet Tide One Shoulder Stripe Top, Weekend Trip Ruffle Waist Shorts- Black, Weekend Trip Ruffle Waist Shorts- Blue, Strawberry Margarita Seersucker Wrap Crop Top
Candy stripes are also very popular this summer and can be described as narrow bright colored stripes against a white background, just like a peppermint or candy cane. Red and white is a classic candy stripe color combo and has been seen all over the runway for spring/summer 2018.
DO: Keep your outfit chic and sophisticated. Stripes should be crisp and clean for optimal style balance. Be sure to pair your stripes with solid colored tops or bottoms so they are the focus of your ensemble.
DON’T: Get too caught up in the Americana look. Although red/white and white/blue are the top stripe color combos we've been seeing, outfits are selectively put together to ultimately yield a tasteful ensemble for everyday, rather than just for the 4th!
